Morgan starred in a Safe Sex for Men and Women informational video on AIDS education and Prevention. Some of the proceeds were given to American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan is a part of the entertainment industry's AIDS Task Force. Morgan was the driving force in many fundraising campaigns to fight the spread of the disease. She also addressed an Congressional special committee on AIDS education. She sits on the board of Governors of APLA. C. Everett Koop's former assistant surgeon general asked her occasionally to be his substitute during AIDS awareness events. In addition, she hosted the AIDS Awareness Special hosted by Steve Bell. Ted Koppell and Morgan have been on Nightline two times to talk about AIDS. Morgan received the Emmy nomination for a special episode of Murphy Brown written for her by Diane English. Morgan co-starred on the ABC television series Your Money or Your Wife along with Joan Rivers. The summer began by starring in Murder At The PTA Luncheon which was produced by Von Zerneck/Sertner and included Cindy Williams and Marla Gibbs. Her next project brought her to Luxembourg for Harmony Gold's production Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady with Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee. Morgan has also been featured in a film, a psychological thriller that was produced by USA Network. The film garnered one of its highest ratings ever.
